Church of the Firstborn

The Church of the Firstborn is the Father’s Family Order: the order of exaltation, eternal parenthood, and the fulness of the Gospel. It is not simply another name for the outward Church of Jesus Christ.

The clearest starting point is The Two Gospels. There the distinction is stated plainly: the Gospel of the Son belongs to salvation and the Church of Jesus Christ; the Gospel of the Father belongs to exaltation and the Church of the Firstborn.

How One Enters

The Church of the Firstborn is tied to the higher ordinances and family covenants of the Temple: Celestial Marriage, Adoption, Priesthood, and the Holy Order. For that reason, this public page gives the doctrine and sources without publishing sacred ritual details.

Formal Organization

The Church of the Firstborn & Its Formal Organization relates Fred’s own explanation of the formal organization in the modern work and the accompanying Priesthood-line history.

For the present public work of the Church of the Firstborn, see the Official Online Presence page.
