About the Church

The Church of the Firstborn, Even the Church of God the Father, preserves and teaches the fulness of the Gospel of the Father as restored through the Prophet Joseph Smith and carried forward under Patriarch Fred C. Collier.

The teachings and writings preserved here are sacred and are profitable only by study and faith. This site introduces the doctrines, Priesthood claims, publications, and historical sources that frame the Church of the Firstborn’s witness.

The Two Great Organizing Questions

What did Joseph Smith restore? The doctrine pages explore the higher Nauvoo teachings: the nature of Deity, Adam-God, Heavenly Mother, the Two Trinities, Celestial Marriage, Adoption, Consecration, and the Matriarchal Priestesshood.

Who holds authority to administer it? The Priesthood pages treat the Holy Order, the Council of Fifty, the Temple, Law of Succession, and the modern Priesthood line.
