Faithfulness to the Restored Gospel: New Studies

What does it mean to remain faithful to the Restored Gospel when teachings and practices change? A new series examines scripture, historical sources, and Fred C. Collier’s writings on covenant responsibility and apostasy.

These studies invite readers to examine the sources, seek God’s guidance, and consider how His revealed laws should be lived.

Revelations, Poetry, and Correspondence

The Gospel Library now includes The Stone Which the Builders Rejected, a collection of revelations in poetry, scripture, and inspired utterances composed by Fred C. Collier. His statements On the Sun and the Moon Being Inhabited and A Revelation from God to All Independent Mormon Fundamentalists, Doctrine of the Priesthood, Vol. 21 No. 7, have also been made available.

Related correspondence also includes The Book of Bethany, bringing together his wife Bethany’s poetry, diary entries, and letters with related correspondence by Fred; Letter to Bethany; and Letter to Ivy and Randy Hill are also available. Visit their publication pages in the Gospel Library to read more and download the PDFs.

Find a Page or Publication through the Table of Contents

Recently, the Table of Contents feature was added to the website. This brings the website’s public pages and Gospel Library publications together in an alphabetical directory. It offers a quick route to a title, doctrine, or historical subject.

Readers exploring a topic may also use the Topical Guide or the Gospel Library. These different approaches make it easier to move between a doctrinal discussion and the sources behind it.

New Reading in the Gospel Library

The Gospel Library now includes History of Patriarch Fred C. Collier, Vol. 1 and Answers to Adam-God Problems as Found in the Scriptures, added back in May. The history offers Fred’s own account of his life and ministry; the doctrinal study examines scriptural questions concerning Father Adam.

Also added in May, Organic Evolution: Doctrine of Devils presents Fred’s scriptural arguments concerning creation and the origin of life. Each work can be read through its publication page and PDF.

It is hoped by Brother Collier that these publications will enrich and enlighten the minds of those who desire to read them.
